If we roll two dices (six sided normal dice) together.

what is the probability that the first one comes up with a 2 and the second one comes up with a 5?

    1. If the dice are rolled together then there isn't a 'first' and a 'second' dice. As such, it doesn't matter which of them comes up with a '2'. The probablity of either of them being a '2' is 1/3. The probability of the other one being a '5' is 1/6, so the probability of one being a '2' and the other being a '5' is 1/3 x 1/6 = 1/18.
